1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the FZ platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. FZ is an e-commerce platform that enables merchants to create, manage, and operate online stores. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
2. Account Registration
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate, complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. FZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Platform Services
FZ provides the following services to registered merchants:
- Online store creation and hosting
- Product and inventory management tools
- Order processing and fulfillment tracking
- Payment gateway integration (via third-party providers such as Moyasar)
- Analytics and reporting dashboards
- Access to the FZ App Store and partner ecosystem
Service availability, features, and pricing are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect your use of the Platform.
4. Merchant Responsibilities
As a merchant on the FZ platform, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing
- Fulfill orders in a timely manner
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints responsibly
- Not sell prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit goods
- Maintain valid commercial registration where required by law
5. Payments and Fees
Payment processing is handled through integrated third-party payment providers. FZ may charge subscription fees, transaction fees, or service fees as outlined in the applicable pricing plan. All fees are stated in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise specified.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your store content, product images, and brand materials. By using the Platform, you grant FZ a limited, non-exclusive license to display and process your content as necessary to provide the services.
The FZ platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of FZ and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
8. Limitation of Liability
FZ provides the Platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FZ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Upon termination, you must settle any outstanding fees. FZ may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
